There is a good deal of debate between us and our friends who live in France about who makes the best cheese. We can agree that these French cheese biscuits ARE very good though.

 Ingredients: Wheat flour, PDO Roquefort Blue cheese (18.3%), sugar, milk, nuts (7,3%), PDO Ossau-Iraty pure sheep cheese, butter, salt.

Sheeps cheese & Espelette Chili Pepper:

Ingredients: wheat flour, PDO Ossau Iraty pure sheep cheese (18%), butter, milk, sugar, salt, PDO Espelette chili pepper (0,5%).

May contain traces of nuts and eggs.

Goats Cheese & Honey:

Ingredients: wheat flour, pure goat cheese (18,5%), butter. milk, sugar, honey (1,7%), salt. Contains eggs.

May contain traces of nuts.
